Equipping the next generation of global leaders

Ambassador Leaders are students who care about their communities and have been recognized by their teachers, parents and peers for their leadership potential. Each summer, these student leaders come together at the Ambassador Leadership Summits to collaborate and build the knowledge and skills they need to take their leadership to new heights.

With students from as many as 140 countries, the Summits are a melting pot of cultures and ideas where students can broaden their horizons, bond with other young leaders and decide how to make a difference—in their lives, in their communities and in the world.

Skills to meet the demands of today and tomorrow

Creating results that count

New people, new places, and newfound confidence. The exposure you can’t get at home and the unrivaled experience you can’t find anywhere else earn us high marks from parents and students.

I often describe it as “the week that changed my life”.
— Kaitlyn R., Ambassador Leader, Ohio

Inspired teachers = empowered students

We recruit outstanding teachers to lead student teams of 10-12 throughout the Summit. With a student-centered approach and a passion for helping young leaders realize their full potential, our teachers challenge students to be the very best version of themselves.

They are also vital to our success. Teachers’ post-summit reviews inform future Summit enhancements and drive teaching excellence. They are one of the many reasons we’ve been featured on the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) List of Approved Student Programs for more than a decade.

Ambassador Leaders’ teachers:

  • Have an average of 18 years of teaching experience

  • Are background checked routinely

  • Hold CPR/First Aid certifications

  • Rigorously train on curriculum and safety protocols
