Hear from our Teacher Leaders what they've personally experienced as to how Ambassador Leaders grow and improve skills on all levels.
With any important goal, knowing where you are and how you are doing is an important way to stay on track. If the benchmarks of success are clear, you'll know when you are making progress and how to make adjustments when you hit a roadblock. In Lesson 5 of the Lead2Feed series, students learn how to set benchmarks, understand and overcome obstacles, and celebrate successes along the way.
Effective leaders know how to get people on board. They are able to share their vision with anyone at any time, in a very personal and compelling way. In this lesson students learn how to communicate their vision and their Big Goal in a concise, effective manner, to inspire people to get in the game.
During the Leadership Summit and months that follow Ambassador Leaders take part in Lead2Feed Project Challenge to impact their community, and learn valuable leadership lessons along the way. As an added benefit, students get the opportunity to submit their project for a chance to win up to $20,000 for their charity and a $10,000 tech bundle for their school.
