Fundraising ideas for any taste
This #FundFriday post is all about FOOD! It's something everyone has in common, and it's an easy way to raise money for any cause.
Dining-Out Night
Contact your favorite local restaurants, and see if they would donate a percentage of profits on a designated night to support you in exchange of you promoting the restaurant to your friends and family. Get in touch with your favorite pizzeria or other popular restaurants like Chipotle, Red Robin, Pizza Hut, or Applebee’s to see if they would work with you, then schedule an event to generate excitement and traffic. Create a flyer with details, so that families can turn it in to make sure you get credit for their order.
Add Value: In addition to being there to welcome and thank your guests for coming, see if the restaurant will let you sell raffle tickets during the evening or hold a silent auction.
Get Food Online
Another delicious fundraiser is right at your fingertips. There are so many great resources online to help you fund your Summit. This option usually requires a small investment upfront, but if you can do it, the rewards can be great! Check out Little Caesars to sell pizza-making kits or Krispy Krème for tasty donuts.
Tip: See if your parents can take some World’s Finest Chocolate Bars to work to sell on your behalf. Always follow-up with a thank you card for those who purchased your items!
It’s almost the weekend, so it’s time to get started! Make some calls tomorrow and hit the ground running.
