Meet members of our Customer Care team!
Our newest blog series — #TravelTipTuesday — covers travel topics to help our families feel equipped for their Summit experience. If you missed our first post in the series about travel insurance, you can catch up by clicking here.
As the Summits approach, you’re sure to hear from someone on our Customer Care team. Whether you call us with questions or we call you to check in, we LOVE talking to our families! When you feel informed and excited about your upcoming Summit, we know we’ve done something right!
Today, we want to introduce you to some of the team. Meet Coley, Annie, and Theresa — Customer Care staff who are here to support you and your family before, during and after Summit travel.
MEET COLEY!
Originally from Southern California, Coley is a recent transplant to the Inland Northwest who loves hiking with her husband and their newly adopted pup Bubba, the cutest lab/dachshund mix around. Coley comes from a big family (she’s one of five siblings!) and will soon welcome her third niece to the world. She’s itching to travel to Switzerland so she can see its beautiful scenery firsthand. Her favorite part about her job is helping our families and being “a source of kindness to them.”
MEET ANNIE!
Annie, a long-time Ambassador Leader, has spent many summers at Harvard, UCLA and JHU working behind the scenes to ensure smooth Summit operations. Last September, she joined our Customer Care team in Spokane where she shares her extensive knowledge with our families. After living on the East Coast for more than a decade, Annie is looking forward to spending summertime with her family in her hometown of Spokane. She finds it very rewarding to play a part in helping students travel, experience other cultures, and prepare for college.
MEET THERESA!
As a teenager, Theresa traveled to Russia and says she’s wanted to stand in Red Square again ever since. She also wants to see the rolling green hills of Ireland and take a safari on the African continent. Like a lot of us here at Ambassador Leaders, Theresa loves travel! As a mom of three, her favorite part of being on the Customer Care team is “putting families at ease” and sharing all the ways “we take care of their kids.” She’s excited that her daughter will get a chance to have her own Summit experience this summer. We’re betting the travel bug strikes again!
You can reach out to us by email or call us 509-396-5551 with any questions about our Summits or your student’s travel plans. And who knows? It just might be one of these three amazing ladies who you hear from!
